Mark Martin won the Coors Light Pole Award for the 53rd Annual COKE ZERO 400 Powered By Coca-Cola  with a lap of 49.433 seconds, 182.065 mph.
This is his 50th pole in 811 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.
This is his first pole and seventh top-10 start in 2011.
This is his third pole in 53 races at Daytona International Speedway.
 Trevor Bayne(i) (second) posted his first top-10 start of 2011 and his first in two races at Daytona International Speedway.
Clint Bowyer (third) posted his third top-10 start at Daytona International Speedway.  It is his seventh in 17 races this season.
 Andy Lally (seventh) was the fastest qualifying rookie.
