Carl Edwards (second) posted his ninth top-10 finish in 13 races at Atlanta Motor Speedway. It is his 13th top-10 finish in 2010.
Jimmie Johnson (third) posted his 12th top-10 finish in 19 races at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Eight more drivers have clinched a spot in the 2010 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup: Kyle Busch, Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards, Jeff Burton, Jimmie Johnson, Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth and Denny Hamlin. Kevin Harvick and Jeff Gordon had already clinch a spot.
